How Do I surrender My Pet to HFA?
One of our missions at Hope For the Animals is to find homes for animals whose current family is unable to take care of them. We make great strides to accomplish this, and we almost always do find new homes, but it does not always happen quickly. We ask that you be patient during this process, as we want to ensure your pet will be happy in its new home.
Currently, we do not have an active shelter for dogs, and our waiting list for the cat room is long. We need you to continue to provide the best care possible for your pet until we can place it into a new home, a foster parent volunteers to care for your pet, or a cage in the cat room opens up.
We will do everything we can to find a new home for your pet. Hope For the Animals will place the animal up for adoption on Pet Finder. We will post a picture at PetSmart in Langhorne. We will even place an ad in the local newspaper.
